Returns & Exchanges

At CEYA, we follow strict standards to maintain product quality. You can inspect the scarf during delivery in the presence of the courier before final acceptance. Once the order is accepted from the courier, it is considered final and confirmed, and no returns are accepted after acceptance except as stated below.

If the order is not accepted upon delivery, it will be returned to CEYA, and the customer bears the shipping cost, return cost, and any related fees.

Returns are only accepted within 48 hours from the time of delivery in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong items received. The scarf must be unused and unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached, and free from any signs of use such as perfume, makeup, or pins, and must not be worn or altered. 

CEYA will inspect and review the returned item upon receipt, and reserves the right to reject any return request if the item is not in its original condition or does not meet return conditions. To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours at: hello@ceyame.com.

Returns are not accepted after 48 hours from delivery, and the item must be in original condition for any return request to be accepted.

Shopping Online

CEYA operates exclusively online and does not have physical branches. All orders are placed through our website.

We provide detailed product photography, close-up images, model photos, and accurate descriptions to help you choose with clarity. Customer reviews are also available to support your decision.

Please note that lighting conditions during photography may slightly affect how colors appear. In addition, screen settings differ from one device to another, which may result in minor color variation. We always aim to represent our products as accurately as possible.

Shipping

Order Processing

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday) are dispatched to the courier on the same working day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed on the next working day. Our working hours are Saturday through Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Delivery within Egypt typically takes between 3 and 8 working days. During busy seasons such as launches, restocks, or holidays, delivery times may be slightly extended.

If your order status shows “Processing,” it means your order is being prepared. If it shows “Fulfilled,” it has already left our warehouse. Order modifications or cancellations are only possible while the order is still processing. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.

سياسة الاستبدال

تلتزم CEYA بمعايير دقيقة حرصًا على جودة المنتجات. يمكنكِ فحص الإسكارف أثناء التوصيل وبوجود مندوب الشحن قبل الاستلام النهائي. بمجرد استلام الطلب من مندوب الشحن يُعتبر الطلب مقبولًا بشكل نهائي، ولا يوجد استرجاع بعد الاستلام إلا حسب الشروط الموضحة أدناه.

في حال عدم استلام الطلب عند التوصيل، يتم إعادة الشحنة إلى CEYA ، وتتحمل العميلة تكلفة الشحن والإرجاع وأي رسوم مرتبطة بالشحنة.

يُسمح بالاسترجاع فقط خلال 48 ساعة من وقت الاستلام في حال وجود عيب تصنيع أو استلام منتج مختلف. يجب أن يكون الإسكارف غير مستخدم وغير مُرتدى، وبالحالة الأصلية، ومع جميع البطاقات (Tags) ، وبدون أي آثار استخدام مثل العطر أو المكياج أو الدبابيس، ولم يتم ارتداؤه أو تعديله. تقوم CEYA بمراجعة وفحص المنتج عند الاستلام المرتجع، وتحتفظ بحق رفض طلب الاسترجاع إذا كان المنتج غير في حالته الأصلية أو غير مطابق لشروط الاسترجاع. لطلب الاسترجاع يرجى التواصل خلال 48 ساعة عبر: hello@ceyame.com.

لا يُقبل الاسترجاع بعد مرور 48 ساعة من الاستلام، ويُشترط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية لقبول أي طلب استرجاع.

التسوق عبر الموقع

تعمل CEYA حصريًا من خلال متجرها الإلكتروني ولا تمتلك فروعًا فعلية. جميع الطلبات تتم عبر الموقع الرسمي.

نحرص على عرض صور واضحة، لقطات قريبة للتفاصيل، صور عرض على موديل، ووصف دقيق لكل منتج لمساعدتك في اتخاذ قرار مناسب. كما نتيح تقييمات العملاء لدعم اختيارك.

يرجى العلم أن الإضاءة أثناء التصوير قد تؤثر بشكل بسيط على درجة اللون، كما قد تختلف الألوان من شاشة جهاز لآخر حسب إعدادات العرض. نحرص دائمًا على عرض المنتج بأقرب درجة ممكنة للواقع.

الشحن

تجهيز الطلب

يتم تسليم الطلبات المقدمة قبل الساعة 4:00 مساءً (من السبت إلى الخميس) لشركة الشحن في نفس يوم العمل. أما الطلبات المقدمة بعد الساعة 4:00 مساءً فيتم تجهيزها في يوم العمل التالي. مواعيد العمل من السبت إلى الخميس، من 9:00 صباحًا إلى 5:00 مساءً.

مدة التوصيل داخل مصر تتراوح بين 3 إلى 8 أيام عمل. خلال فترات الإطلاقات الجديدة أو المواسم أو العطلات الرسمية قد يحدث تأخير بسيط.

إذا كانت حالة الطلب "قيد التجهيز"، فهذا يعني أنه يتم تحضيره. وإذا كانت الحالة "تم التنفيذ"، فهذا يعني أنه غادر المخزن. يمكن تعديل أو إلغاء الطلب فقط أثناء كونه قيد التجهيز، ولا يمكن إجراء أي تعديل بعد خروجه للشحن.
